Leslie Fehrman

​Leslie is an independent social worker and independent chemical dependency counselor. Leslie started OFCC in 2018 to provide comprehensive behavioral health services to Coshocton and the surrounding areas. Leslie has 12 years of experience in mental heath services and over fourteen years of experience in social service delivery. Leslie received her Bachelor of Social Work from Mount Vernon Nazarene University in 2010 and her Master of Social Work from The University of Akron in 2013. As CEO and owner, she serves several contracts with community agencies including Early Intervention  Help Me Grow, Interim Hospice of Coshocton, and  completed standards of care reviews for Kepro. Leslie serves on the Our Town Coshocton Board of Directors. She is a member of the Coshocton Chapter of The Ohio Business and Professional Women. She has extensive training in Integrated Family and Systems Treatment. In 2016, she traveled to Hong Kong to train and be trained in the promising practice. In 2018, Leslie became certified in telebehavioral health by The Telebehavioral Health Institute. Leslie is part of the class of 2021 for Leadership Coshocton County. She is committed to offering compassionate and confidential services to individuals, groups, families, and agencies in the area and is a devoted parent to her children. 

Jodi McCarthy

Jodi has 16 years’ experience with children and adolescents ages 5-18, teaching and mentoring in private school and community settings. Jodi obtained a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Phoenix in 2012 and a Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy from Liberty University in 2015. She continues to work toward a Doctor of Psychology degree, as well. After working part-time for a year, Jodi became full-time with OFC&C in August of 2020. Previous to her experience as a therapist, Jodi was a teacher, administrative office manager, and guidance officer at Coshocton Christian School. Jodi has been trained in Integrative Family and Systems Treatment and has experience working with sexually aggressive youth. Jodi is active with her church and family on several committees in the community.

Justin Addy

Justin is a lifelong resident of Coshocton County. In the past, he has been employed by JII, Serenity Tea House, Linnet's Flowers on the Square, and the Recorder's Office. Justin is dedicated to his family, friends, church family, and community. He is a member of Keene United Methodist Church where he plays the keyboard for the choir and Sunday morning service. Justin enjoys bowling and is involved with several leagues at Legacy Lanes. He has always appreciated being part of a small community where friends and neighbors genuinely care for one another. Justin works hard to provide an environment that is welcoming and provides comfort for those who come into the office.

​Sandi is a part-time administrative assistant. She joined OFCC in early 2021. Sandi earned an Associate Degree in Human Services from COTC. She is a licensed social work assistant. Sandi is able to help anyone who calls or comes into the office. She makes a wonderful addition to our front office. Sandi lives in Coshocton with her husband.

​Jessalyn is a part-time clinician with OFCC. She graduated with a Bachelor of Social Work from Mount Vernon Nazarene University in 2020. Jessalyn works full-time for Coshocton City Schools as the district social worker. She primarily works with adolescents and families. When she is not working, Jessalyn can be found chasing her kids around ball fields, dance studios, or anywhere in between.

Crystal Sipe

Crystal is a licensed professional counselor. She obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice from Mansfield University and her Masters in Mental Health Counseling at Shippensburg University. Prior to moving to Ohio Crystal lived in Pennsylvania. She worked at a Secure Treatment Facility with juvenile firesetters and sex offenders for nine years. Crystal then moved to working at a school and community based program due to wanting to work with troubled youth prior to them coming to a facility. After moving to Ohio she worked in the community in more Intensive treatment programs working with both youth and their families to keep youth from being removed from their homes. Crystal works part time at OFCC. She has a very client centered approach to treatment and is committed to helping people make positive changes to their lives. When not working you can find Crystal spending time with her husband or doing yoga.

David Grove
MSW

Dave is a Licensed Independent Social Worker, Supervisor designation and a Licensed Independent Marriage and Family therapist in the State of Ohio.  In addition to his licenses, Mr. Grove is also a Supervisory member of the American Association of Marriage and Family Therapy. Since 2000, Dave has been a principal developer and trainer of Integrated Family and Systems Treatment (IFAST). As a principal trainer of I-FAST, Dave has trained seven different mental health and social service agencies in the U.S. and Hong Kong.  
Since 1997, Dave has been an instructor for The College of Social Work at The Ohio State University.  Dave has also published numerous articles and books in the field of mental health and family therapy.  He has published three books, Family Therapy for Treating Trauma, Invisible Men and Conversations On Therapy the latter two co-authored with Jay Haley, one of the founders of the field of family therapy. Dave began working directly with clients for OFC&C in July of 2020.

Due to the orders set forth by the CDC, President Biden, Governor DeWine, Mayor Mills, the Coshocton County Emergency Management Agency, and the city and county Health Departments, we are practicing strict precautions at OFC&C.
