Justin is a lifelong resident of Coshocton County. In the past, he has been employed by JII, Serenity Tea House, Linnet's Flowers on the Square, and the Recorder's Office. Justin is dedicated to his family, friends, church family, and community. He is a member of Keene United Methodist Church where he plays the keyboard for the choir and Sunday morning service. Justin enjoys bowling and is involved with several leagues at Legacy Lanes. He has always appreciated being part of a small community where friends and neighbors genuinely care for one another. Justin works hard to provide an environment that is welcoming and provides comfort for those who come into the office. |

Due to the orders set forth by the CDC, President Biden, Governor DeWine, Mayor Mills, the Coshocton County Emergency Management Agency, and the city and county Health Departments, we are practicing strict precautions at OFC&C.
